Present and prospect of InSAR-GPS Integration for research of Land Subsidence

CHEN Ji-wei(Surveying and Land Information Engineering Department of Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China)  
ore and more examples of Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) applied in the area of Land Subsidence have been reported recently at home and abroad. Meanwhile, applications of GPS to measure land deformation have become an efficiently and accurately measuring technology. GPS-InSAR Integration can enhance the ability of measuring land deformation in both temporal resolution and spatial resolution; it is becoming an important direction of Land Subsidence investigation technology. This paper demonstrates the theory and method of GPS-InSAR Integration, discusses its present situation and gives a prospect of GPS-InSAR.
