Implement voronoi network model to correct spatial data

Implementing Voranoi network model to correct spatial data is suitable to deal with the problem of the randomicity and uncertainty of spatial data's deviation(SDD).In the method of interpolation,the Nearest Neighbour Interpolation(NNI) and the Area Stealing Interpolation(ASI) are very efficient in modifying SDD.The ASI takes full advantage of topological network of Voronoi,and the precision of emendation is relative high,just only taking more time to run.The availability of the NNI is for it's simplicity,and the precision of emendation is acceptable in many application system.
