The Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR) uses the phase difference of the radar returns in two or more complex SAR images, acquired at separate times from a nearly exactly repeating orbit,to get a DEM to monitor surface deformation. The paper mainly introduces the basic theory, procedure and method of InSAR data processing. As an example, the interferometric map and DEM map of Tianjing stem from Tiangjing SAR data processing based on ERS-2 are presented.
