Least-squares collocation of combing gravity anomalies and GPS/leveling data

In this paper, the basis of the theory of Least-squares collocation (LSC) and the determination of the local covariance function are described.Based on LSC, an experiment is implemented by combining gravity anomalies and GPS/Leveling data to determine the local quasi-geoid model of one of the city with 2′30″×2′30″resolution.Compared with the GPS/Leveling data, the result shows that the precision of quasi-geoid is±1.6cm.
