Three multi-frequency correction methods' comparison of ionospheric delay

Pseudorange errors such as observe-noise etc are magnified when the ionospheric error in ionospheric delay's correction is weakened.Three multi-frequency correction algorithms such as dual-frequency,triple-frequency of one order and triple-frequency of two orders are discussed.Taking the four carrier frequencies of Galileo as an example,three algorithms' with different frequencies' combinations are compared.The result indicates that precision of multi-frequency correction not only depends on frequency numbers observed or high orders items corrected,but also hase relation to noise magnitude and correcting method selected.The study offers a feasible analytical method for multi-frequency ranging systems in ionospheric delay's correction and optimal frequency combinations' design.
