Research on method of semi-automatic road extraction based on remote sensing image with high-resolution

Automatic and intelligent collection of artificial features based on remote sensing image is always an important task in photogrammetry and remote sensing field.Roads are important geographic information,and it become a challenge for the complication of road characteristics to extracting method since the image's resolution of remote sensing is getting higher and higher.A semi-automatic method is put forward that is fit for the images with high-resolution aiming at the exist problems with roads extraction on the images,which combined with the conception of multi-solution analysis,the principle of model matching and LSB-Snake modeling together.The method can fetch up the shortage of LSB-Snake model and is provided with a capacity of anti-noise,so that it can be a effective resort applying in road extraction on remote sensing image with high-resolution,which has good interactivity,reliability and efficiency.
