An effective method of region quasi geoid precision examination

Combining with GPS,leveling,gravity and terrain data,Molodenskii's series solution is used to determine the region quasi geoid,and the accuracy of region quasi geoid has developed from the decimeter level to the centimeter level precision and high resolution.The main purpose of this paper is to objectively and effectively inspect the accuracy of region quasi geoid.The author gives an effective precision examination method of region quasi geoid in overall evaluation the measuring error of GPS leveling checking points by taking GuangXi quasi geoid for example.446 GPS leveling checking points of c order GPS network and air surveying GPS network,distributed over Guangxi and with the spacing about 25 km,are utilized to inspect GuangXi quasi geoid adopting weighted mean method.The accuracy of external checking is 0.041 meter.
