Application of CA-AR model in simulation of attribute changes for population space field

DAI Fu-qiang( College of Land Resources,China West Normal University,Nanchong 637002,China)
CA-AR model was brought forward to simulate the attribute changes of population space field integrated CA and AR in this paper. District was transformed to grid unit and CA-AR model was established for main city zone grids in Chengdu city based on the census data 1991~2006 and district boundary map. The results showed that the absolute error and relative error of simulation results were small and precision was very high. So it is feasible to simulate the population quantity changes for population space field by CA-AR mode.
