The computation of the sagnac effect based on GEO and IGSO satellites

In this paper, according to the basal principle of the method of satellite common-view time comparison, the reason of the generation of the sagnac effect has been introduced in detail. Taking the geostationary satellite and the inclined geo-synchronization orbit satellite for example, the basal computational model of the sagnac effect of the method of satellite common-view time comparison in the ECI has been deduced, and the detailed computational procedure of the sagnac effect is obtained in the cases that the ground-station is or not on the equator. Then, we can get the conclusion that the value of the sagnac effect is zero when the longitude of the ground-station and the satellite are equal and they are on the two poles region. This task has important reference value and practicality for the time synchronization between the ground-stations and navigation and location of the satellite.
