Method and experiments of GPS network difference

More and more GPS continues operation reference stations(CORS) have been founded and applied widely in China.But how to perform precise real-time or fast positioning in extreme area that is far away from base station network and locate one side of available base station network? In this paper,a method of GPS network difference was given.Several tests simulating high seas application were performed.The results of experiments prove that under the conditions of 200~300km between base stations,the precision of real-time positioning about 400km faraway is better than 2m;the horizontal precision of 5-min fast positioning is better than 1.0m;and the horizontal precision of 20-min fast positioning is better than 0.5m by dual-frequency receiver.
