Data denoising based on Wavelet threshold in marine magnetic survey

Wave noise and random noise are remarkable factors in influencing accuracy of processing of marine magnetic survey.A new de-noising algorithm based on wavelet threshold is presented to improve the precision of de-noising.Frequency-spectral analysis for magnetic anomaly with noise is given to decide the scale of wavelet multi-resolution analysis.By the calculation,it is shown that the new algorithm can effectively separate noise and actual high frequency and improve the precision and reliability of de-noising.
