Subsidence monitoring and analysis of high-rise residential building

LI Zhong(Shanxi engineering vocational college,Taiyuan 030009,China)  
Several factors,such as the design of technical scheme,monitoring accuracy,the error of the weakest point,monitoring data processing,were discussed for settlement monitoring during the construction and utilization of high-rise residential building.Based on study of settlement monitoring to Shanxi engineering vocational technology college high-rise residential buildings and experimental building,the settlement rule was obtained.The geometric and physical analysis on the reasons of settlement was done.It points out that high-rise buildings' settlement monitoring should be done when it has an impact for any reason on the basis of stability of adjacent buildings during construction to ensure its safety during the construction and utilization.The conclusion provides reference for settlement monitoring of high-rise buildings.
