A solution of zenith tropospheric delay based on polynomial fitting

In this paper,a new remove-restore method based on polynomial fitting was proposed,which is aimed at solving the problem of the interpolation method to calculate the tropospheric zenith delay of rover stations based on regional GPS network.The correlation analysis was done between the tropospheric zenith delay and elevation,and interpolation was done after the information related to elevation was removed from the tropospheric zenith delay by the method of polynomial fitting.An experiment was done in this paper with the GPS data of SCIGN,and the result showed that the interpolation precision of this method was significantly higher than the traditional inverse distance weighted method,especially for those rover stations whose elevation deviate from the overall elevation of the reference stations significantly.
