Wang Hao 1, Zhao Wenkuan 2, Fang Youling 2, Wang Runbang 1, Li Li 1 (1 Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Minitary Region, Wuhan 430070; 2 College of Chemistry, Wuhan University, Wuhan 430072)
The experiment in vitro of killing cervical cancer cells was carried out by using TiO 2 photocatalytic method. The result shows that photoexcited TiO 2 is very effective for killing the cancer cells. The optimal result is obtained when the amount of TiO 2 is 200 μg/ml and the illumination time is 50 min. The future development and clinical application of this method were discussed.
