Study on Fe-Al-P-O Catalyst for Partial Oxidation of Ethane Ⅱ. Chemisorption and Catalytic Performance of Fe-Al-P-O Catalyst

The chemisorption and reactivity of ethane on Fe-Al-P-O catalyst were systemically characterized by IR, TPD and micro-reactor techniques. The results showed that C 2H 6 can be adsorbed on the surface terminal oxygen of Lewis base site P=O bonds through H atom in -CH 3 to form a molecular adsorption state, and the adsorption intensity of C 2H 6 increases with the rising of adsorption temperature. Ethene can be chemisorbed on the Lewis acid site Fe 3+ through C=C bond. The products of ethane partial oxidation on Fe-Al-P-O catalyst are mainly C 2H 4 and CO x. However, the addition of H 2 in the feed can initiate the selective oxidation of ethane to C 2 oxygenates.
