A METHOD FOR DETERMINING GRAVIMETRICGEOID WITH DEGREE-BY-DEGREE RESIDUALS OFGRAVITY ANOMALIES

: The frequency domain usually used for computing gravimetric geoid is extended to space domain. As a result of this, a new method for determining gravimetric geoid by combining gravity data and geopotential coefficients is proposed using degree-by-degree residuals of gravity anomalies in integral operation as proposed by this method, the usual stoked integral operation will have definite meaning of frequency domain analysis. The block size of applying residuals of gravity anomalies and integral radius are determined according to the requirement on accuracy.
