A PRELIMINARY PROCESS OF TOPEX AND POSEIDON DATA IN THE CHINA SEA AND NEIGHBOUR

A local regional process and analysis of the first 82 ten-day cycles of TOPEX/POSEI DON merged geophysicl data records are presented. Inverted barometer correction is computed by introduced a cycle average atmospheric pressure instead of a constant pressure.We estimate the relative bias between TOPEX and POSEIDON at about 19.9±1cm.This value is dependent, however, to the electromagnetic bias correction and ionospheric correction.With the modified cor rection the T/P sea surface in the China sea and neighbour is compared to the Ohio State Universi ty(OSU) mean sea surface,given on the GDR-M,A bias between the two surface is found.
