Research on Hydrographic Risk Assessment Model and Its Application

Hydrographic survey is the fundamental cornerstone of ocean mapping,how to scientifically and effectively deploy hydrographic survey tasks and increase the return on investment in hydrographic surveys is of great significance. Aiming at the current status of existing sea hydrographic surveys in China, this paper builds a risk model based on multi-source heterogeneous data(chart elements, AIS data, economic and environment data) with GIS spatial analysis method to classify the prioritization of hydrographic surveys in South China Sea. To some extent, it turns out that the risk assessment model is scientific and adaptable.
