On Interpretation Method of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Logging in the West of Changyuan, Daqing Oilfield.

In order to apply Magnetic Resonance Imaging Logging (MRIL) to Daqing Oilfield, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measurements of 33 core samples selected from 11 wells in the west of changyuan are performed in laboratory. The NMR porosity, NMR permeabiliby, T 2cutoff , etc. of each sample are extracted. The T 2 values of 6 samples in the 33 are tested within different echo times. Differential spectrum method and shifted spectrum method are implemented to measure 4 core samples in the 33. The free fluid model and the mean T 2 model suitable for this region are established, the coefficients C of which are given. The problem of low contrast resistivity zones are hopefully solved with MRIL. Case histories show that the MRIL interpretation results are correct.
