On Transient IPR Curves of Gas Wells

This paper presents a new concept about transient IPR curves of gas wells.Based on unsteady gas partial-differential equation in multi-porosity media,the relationship between wellbore pressure and gas flowrate is obtained under different time.Finally,an example of gas field is used to explain the function of gas transient IPR curves.From the transient IPR curves of gas wells,the relationship between wellbore pressure and time is given when gas flowrate is constant,the relationship between gas flowrate and time is given when wellbore pressure is constant.
