Safety monitoring on Changjiang's major Levees

WANG De hou (Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute ,Wuhan 430010,China)  
For meeting the needs of Changjiang's major Levee engineering construction and raising the levels of planning, design, implementation and information processing of safety monitoring of Changjiang's major levees, a whole representation on the principle of safety monitoring and monitoring items and their contents of major levees is performed. And an operating planning on safety monitoring work for Changjiang's major levees is proposed.
