Numerical forecast for jet pump flow based on theory of weakly compressible flow

The thesis represents a numerical model which simulates the real inner flow(two dimensions) of a jet pump by applying weakly compressible flow equations, large eddy simulation turbulence model, and MacCormack predictor?correct method. The numerical calculation under the different working conditions shows that the results are greatly satisfactory, and that weakly compressible fluid equations can simulate the low Mach number flow and make it easy to calculate. Numerical calculation results can offer basis to improve jet pump performance.
