Experimentation on Judging Standard of Blasting Vibration Safety in High Slope Excavation of Xiaowan Hydropower Station

The geological structure character was analyzed about high slope on Xiaowan Hydropower Station.Blasting test in construction field,vibration monitoring,contrast tests of wave velocity before and after blasting,and macro-survey for the Xiaowan Hydropower Station were performed.Compared with similar engineering experiences,the blasting safety controlled standard of wave velocity inside rock for Xiaowan Hydropower Station is as follows: for minutely weathered rock,v=15-20 cm/s;for weakly weathered rock,v=10-15 cm/s;for strong weathered rock,v=10 cm/s.The test results were verified in construction site and considered to be rational.
