Neuroendoscope-assisted surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To summarize the experience in treating 63 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with the aid of neuroendoscopy,and to explore the influence of microinvasive evacuation of hematoma on the protection of neurological function.Methods In 63 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the hematoma was evacuated with the aid of neuroendoscopy.The drainage and comprehensive regular therapy was performed after gauze was adhered to the cavity wall. Results According to the activities of daily living(ADL),Ⅰwas 21 cases,Ⅱ22 cases,Ⅲ12 cases,Ⅳ6 cases,Ⅴ0 case,2 died.Conclusion As a minimally invasive technique,neuroendoscopy is efficient and safe for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.It can improve the defect of nerve functions following cerebral hemorrhage.
