Effects of Cadmium Contamination on Vegetables and its Control

After the vegetables contaminated by cadmium were eaten, the cadmium was accumulated constantly in the food chain, which has become a main way that endanger people's health. Cadmium source, content and accumulation characteristic were in detail discussed in order that preventive measures on cadmium contamination of vegetable were proposed. Appropriate combination of vegetable varieties and agricultural protective measure were also pointed out.
