QTL Mapping and Its Application on Tomato Quality Breeding

Research of inheritance of quantitative trait is critical to the tomato quality breeding. When people studied marker of genetics linked with the qualitative, they found that marker of genetics linked with the quantitative trait too. This paper showed the major methods of QTL mapping and the latest situation of tomato major quality studies, as well as the research of QTL mapping statistical analysis methods on tomato breeding.
