Effect of Giberrelin on Plant Growth and Nucliec Acid Content of Stem Apex in Broccoli

WANG Tingqin,YANG Xian  
Fifty mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L of gibberelin was used to broccoli in this trial.The effect of GA on plant growth and nucleic acid of stem apex was studied.The results indicated that GA could increase plant weight, aboveground fresh weight and economic coefficient, promote plant growth.Optimal GA concentration could improve synthesis of DNA, RNA and total nucleic acid.
