Research on Residue and Dissipation of Flusilazole in Cucumber and Soil

The dissipation and terminal residues of Flusilazole in cucumber and soil were determined with HPLC coupled with DAD detector. The results showed that the half-lives of flusilazole in cucumber and soil were 1.9-2.1 days and 8.517.0 days in Beijing and Anhui Province, respectively. The preharvest interval was suggested at three days and the terminal residue in cucumber were below 0.2 mg/kg (MRL in Korea). It could be concluded that different formulation of flusilazole showed same trend of decline, compared with the previous study.
