Some Reflection on the Perfection of the First Level Market of Urban Land in Shanghai

With long existence of such factors as the imperfect supply system of urban land and distribution mechanism of land profit, the phenomena of sparse land development and invalid occupation of land have existed in the use of urban land.The solution to those problems is to correctly handle the means of land supply and regulate the distribution mechanism of land profit.This paper emphasizes the control of land supply and land distribution through setting up Shanghai Land Development Centre as a special organization of land supply in order to form a real estate market of clear levels and orderly operation.
