WC/Ni\-3Al composite welding rods made from powders of WC, Ni, NiAl and NiB by powder technology were lap welded on the surfaces of heat resistant steel 1Cr25Ni20. The wear resistant of the welding composites was three times better than that of steel 45, and the sulfur corrosion resistant ability was one time better than that of heat resistant steel 1Cr25Ni20 and increased 50% than that of Co base alloy Stellite 6. The life of distributors made from the composite for burning room in coal power station was markedly increased compared to steel 8Cr26Ni4Mn3 and more than 8 months.
