Progress in Investigation and Preparation Methods of ZnS Photoelectric Materials

ZnS is one of very useful photoelectric materials.A variety of fabrication methods of ZnS powder, bulk and thin film are reviewed in this paper in details,and the features and characteristics of these methods,e.g.hy-drothermal synthesis,homogeneous precipitation,sol-gel,chemical vapor deposition and sputtering,are described.A review is given of the progress in research on the synthesis of ZnS powder and thin film,especially nanometer powder and nanocrystal thin film.
