Effect of Atomization Method on Properties and Cold-working Properties of Dispersion Strengthened Copper

PENG Maogong,LUO Zhenxing,TIAN Weiping(Kunming Metallurgy Research Institute,Kunming 650031)  
Alumina dispersion strengthened copper possesses high temperature strength and excellent conductivity.The effect of gas atomization,gas atomization and centrifugal atomization,water atomization on properties and cold-working properties of dispersion strengthened copper is summarized in the research.Results show that shape of the powder particle,technical characteristics and cold-working properties by three atomization method are different.
