Study on the Techniques of Preparation of MnZn Ferrites with Co-Precipitation Method

CHEN Yanhua, QIU Tai(School of Material Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009)  
The Precursor of MnZn ferrite is prepared with co-precipitation method using FeCl_3、ZnSO_4·7H_2O、MnSO_4·H_2O as raw materials. The precursor is heated at different temperatures.The structure characteristics, morphology and magnetism properties are characterized by XRD, SEM and VSM. The results show that the products heated at the temperature of 850℃ for 2 hours have the crystal form of spinel of cubic system. The products′ ratio saturation magnetization is 88.97emu/g.
