Research Development of Manufacture Processing of Cu-Cr Alloy

The current research status and recent development of the manufacture processing of Cu-Cr alloy are reviewed in this paper.The review includes the properties of Cu-Cr alloys,the advantages and disadvantages of manufacture processing of Cu-Cr alloys,such as molten infiltrating,powder sintering,arc melting,mechanical alloying,vacuum inductive melting,directional solidification,electroslag crucible melting,laser surface alloying,self propagating high temperature synthesis melting and rapid solidification et al,and the new developing manufacture processing of forming Cu-Cr alloy by electromagnetic levitation and splat-quenching.Moreover,the trend of development of Cu-Cr alloy is pointed out as well.
