Research and Development of Low-loss MnZn Power Ferrites in Wide-temperature

In this paper,the development and application of low-loss MnZn power ferrites in wide-temperature are reviewed.Furthermore,the influences of the formula,additives,sintering process and heat treatments on temperature properties of power loss and initial permeability are discussed.The problems in the development of the low-loss MnZn power ferrites in wide-temperature are analyzed,and the expectation is also given that the low-loss MnZn power ferrites in wide-temperature will be developed towards higher frequencies with continuing reducing power loss as well as increasing thermal stability.
