Study and Application of Natural Macromolecule Persimmon Tannin

Persimmon tannin,which is a rich,cheap and available resource,attracts more and more attention as environment-friendly functional macromolecular materials in recent years.It has been investigated by many researchers and applied widely in many fields.Now the preparation method,structure,progress of study and application,and the latest research direction are introduced in present paper.
