Orthogonal Optimization Design of Preparing Geopolymeric Cement with Alkali Activation of Coal-kaolinite

Geopolymeric cement with early high strength is prepared at room temperature and atmospheric pressure,using activated coal-kaolinite,which is grinded,burnt and added with alkali activator. The factors that affect the strength of geopolymeric cement in the preparation process are discussed by orthogonal optimization design,such as calcining temperature,holding time,modulus and dosage of sodium silicate solution for industrial use,and curing condition. The result shows that after coal-kaolinite is calcined at 850℃ for 2h the amorphous metakaolin is obtained. After the amorphous metakaolin obtained is activated by sodium silicate solution of modulus 1.2 and dosage about 9%,the compressive strength of the new cementitious material prepared gets to 87.5 MPa at age of 4h,and 137.6 MPa at age of 7 days.
