Research Progress in Nano-sized Precipitation and Phase Mechanism of High-strength and High-conductivity Cu-Cr-Zr Alloy

Cu-Cr-Zr based alloy is a research focus of the high strength and high conductivity copper alloys.In this paper the crystal structure,the mechanism of alloying elements and quantity of nanosized precipitation phases are summarized.Promoting the alloy property by adding the rare-earth is also presented.The present problems are put forward and the trends of development are also forecasted.
