The Study of Preparation and Formation Mechanism for Titanium Oxide Nanotube Arrays by Anodic Oxidation Method

It is the method that using anodic oxidation in HF+ACOH+PEG solution under the constant voltage to deal with the titanium foil,which can prepare the high-density TiO2 nanotube arrays with regular and orderly structure. It is the preparatory steps that characterizing the morphology of the nanotubes by SEM,examining detailed the oxidation time working on the morphology and size of nanotube arrays,mapping and analyzing the current-time curve. It is studied the formation mechanism of nanotube arrays.The formations of nanotubes through the four key stages are:the formation of dense films,porous appearance,the integration of nanotubes and the tube length growth stability to maximum.
