Research Progress of Influence on Mn-Zn Ferrite Properties by Additives

REN Ping,ZHANG Junxi,DU Xinxin(School of Energy Source and Environment Engineering,Shanghai University of Electric Power,Shanghai 200090)  
The crystal structure of Mn-Zn ferrite and key factors of its structure and magnetic properties are introduced.Influence of additives on structure and magnetic properties is systematically discussed.Now,there are mainly three kinds of additives,the first precipitates in the crystal boundary and changes resistance,the second forms liquid phase during sintering and improves the microstructure,and the third substitutes the ion of Mn-Zn ferrite and affects magnetic performance.
