The Advanced Design and Manufacturing Technology of the Key Component of Titanium for Aviation Engine

WU Huan,ZHAO Yongqing,GE Peng (School of Materials Science and Engineering,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi'an 710072)  
Owing to the excellent properties of titanium alloys,they are gradually put in the important positions of aviation engine today.The development situation of designed and manufacturing technologies for the titanium wide-chord hollow fan blade,titanium blisk bling and cartridge receiver precision shaping are introduced.They are the key technologies that must be grasped by the scientific research personnel of our country to develop a new high-perfor-mance aviation engine.The breakthrough should be made as soon as possible.
