Progress in Nanoporous Materials by Sol-gel Method

GU Hao,QIAN Qingqing,DAI Rongji(Beijing Institute of Technology,School of Life Science,Beijing 100081)  
Nanoporous materials have high specific surface areas,larger pore volumes and uniform tunnel structure.They have been widely applied to enzyme immobilization,biocatalysis,immunoaffinity chromatography,drug controlled release carriers and biophysical research model.The progress in nanoporous materials by sol-gel method is summarized.The kind of nanoporous materials and the synthesis of sol-gel method are briefly introduced.The research about immobilization of biologically active protein is described in detail.The application of nanoporous materials in biological field is forecast.
