Effects of Nano-materials on Pu-erh Tea Extraction Characteristic

Effects of nano-materials on Pu-erh tea extraction characteristics were investigated.Firstly,the average particle size and distribution of nano-materials were characterized,meanwhile,the ions,pH values,total dissolved solids(TDS)and 17 O-NMR line-width of distilled water with and without adding nano-materials were also tested.Then,The relationship between the chemical constituents of Pu-erh tea and extraction time in different nano-materials dosages at the room temperature(25℃)was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the nano-materials with the average particle size of 95.5nm were mainly composed of calcium.The 17 O-NMR line-width of distilled water decreased from 113 Hz to 53 Hz after adding nano-materials.The content of tea polyphones,amino acids and water extracts in the tea infusion prepared by distilled water adding nano-materials dramatically increased compared to distilled water without nano-materials,which indicated a high extraction rate and swift dynamic balance.
