Study on Corrosion Resistance of High-strength and High-conductivity Copper Alloy

The corrosive behavior of Cu-Ag and Cu-Fe-P was investigated with acetic acid salt spray(AASS) and electrochemical test.The corrosion morphology was studied by means of SEM and the corrosion products were analyzed by means of EDS and XRD.The results indicate that Cu-Fe-P has the better corrosion resistance compare with Cu-Ag.With the grain refining effect of Fe and the deoxygenation effect of P,the additions of Fe and P to the copper can improve the strength,conductivity and corrosion resistance of alloy by refine grain and clean the alloy.
