Power spinning deformation of thin-walled cylinders with longitudinal inner ribs

The plastic flow law and deformation mechanism of the metal with respect to power spinning deformation of thin - walled cylindrical parts with longitudinal inner ribs can be established through experimental tests, which deal with spinning method used, spinning equipment required , design of spinning tooling , fabrication of spinning perform and the influence of some process parameters on formability of sample parts. The causes for defects in spinned parts are analyzed . With necessary data obtained through tests, a sound foundation is established for subsequent Artificial Neural Network prediction and Finite Element simulation .
