Research on the process condition of low temperature desulfur of nanocrystalline ZnO

With the method of averaging deposit for preparation of nanocrystalline ZnO used as the active components , the impact of the size of nanocrystalline ZnO and the reactive temperature and oxygen subpressure towards the desulfuring performance of nanocrystalline ZnO has been investigated. The result is demonstrated that the smaller the size is, the stronger the desulfuring capability is in the normal pressure and at the lower temperature and under the low oxide pressure. The nano desulfur agent obtained from calcinations at temperature 260 ℃ has very high desulfurization activity, H2S is oxidized into elemental S with selectivity. Its conversion rate is 100% and the active time of desulfurization is 40 times that of ZnO purely analysed. The product of SO2 is not observed in the terminal gas.
