Mechanical property,melting and crystallization behaviors of toughened PA1010

PA1010/rubber nanoparticle/POE-g-MAH blends were prepared by melt blending.Mechanical properties,melting and crystallization behaviors were studied.The results show that the impact strength is obviously increased in the presence of POE-g-MAH,and the maximum can be reached with 10wt% rubber nanoparticle.The tensile strength of PA1010 isn't reduced with the rubber nanoparticle,however,the addition of POE-g-MAH makes the tensile strength a little decreased.The melt behavior is plotted as double peaks,the addition of rubber nanoparticle can augment the melt enthalpy in the higher temperature,and abate the melt enthalpy in the lower temperature.Rubber nanoparticle can also promote the crystallization peak to shift to high temperature region.
