Influence Factors of Nanosized ZnFe_2O_4 Powders Spine Prepared by a Sonochemical Method

The precusor was prepared by sonicating an aqueous solution of Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O,zinc salt,and urea firstly.Then nanosized ZnFe_2O_4 particles were yielded by heating at high temperature.The nanosized zinc ferrite particles have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR.The influence factors of nanosized ZnFe_2O_4 powders spine prepared by a sonochemical method were studied systematically.These influence factors are different zinc salt,ultrasonic irradiation time,calcining temperature and time.The nanosized ZnFe_2O_4 powder smaller than 100 nm in diameter,which is well-crystallized and well-degree of dispersion,can be obtained in the preparative condition at Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O reacted with Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O,ultrasonic irradiation time 4h,calcining temperature 950°C,calcining time 14h.
