Thermal Analysis Kinetics of AgGaS_2 Crystal

In order to obtain the three kinetic factors,thermal analysis kinetics of AgGaS_2 crystal was investigated through differential scanning calorimetry measurement.The measurement results were fitted on the basis of the modified Kissinger law,then the apparent activation energy E=515.78KJ/mol,the preexponential factor lnA =51.06 were first obtained.Moreover,using the FWO equation,then apparent activation energy E=509.80KJ/mol was also given.Aurami equation Ⅱ was adopted as the kinetic model,based on which the most probable reaction mechanism equation was reduced by the pervasive integration mehtod,which could help understand the crystallization dynamics characteristic,crystal growth to large size and to high quality of AgGaS_2 crystal.
