Research Trend of Li-Mn-Oxide Cathode for Li-Ion Cells

Zai Xuerong (Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute,Luoyang 471039,China)  
The recent research progress of Li Mn Oxide cathode materials for Li ion cells is reviewed. Some spinel Li Mn Oxide materials synthesised with three kinds of different methods and and the their electrochemical properties are introduced.ln addition,the preparation of layered Li Mn Oxide with the O2 structure and its electrochemical properties are also discussed in detail.
